Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, are prohibited. jiliasa employs identity matching technology to detect duplicate registrations; any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and associated funds forfeited.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jiliasa will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify jiliasa immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jiliasa may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation.
All financial transactions on jiliasa are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliasa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Cashier page.
jiliasa will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the jiliasa account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jiliasa reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
Note: jiliasa does not charge withdrawal fees for standard GCash and PayMaya transactions. Third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, over which jiliasa has no control.

jiliasa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service caused by factors outside jiliasa's reasonable control (including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor failures).
jiliasa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules of the National Privacy Commission. jiliasa reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the jiliasa Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Players with complaints about specific game outcomes or account decisions may submit a formal complaint to jiliasa's dispute resolution process prior to pursuing legal action. PAGCOR also provides a dispute resolution mechanism for players with complaints against licensed operators.
